Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative video and photo ideas for campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate original content ideas aligned with CLEF's tone and values.
  • Script or storyboard video ideas when needed.
  • Assist in setting up scenes, props, and locations for filming.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality deliverables optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
  • Ensure visual consistency, pacing, and storytelling align with CLEF's brand identity.
  • Color correct and grade footage to enhance visual tone and quality.

Social Media & Digital Support

  • Adapt video formats for different social media channels and audience types.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging reels, short clips, and promotional videos.
  • Contribute creative input to campaigns, hashtags, and social media trends.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics (views, engagement, etc.) and propose improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
