​We are looking for driven Telemarketers to reach out to our existing databases for the purpose of screening eligible candidates and confirming their interests in meeting the right one for a long term relationship

This job will be based in Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar) & does not involve selling over the phone. However, applicants can explore both telesales or consultative sales roles in the Company. 2 positions open for Singapore Database and Malaysia Database respectively.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling, reaching out to potential clients to schedule in-person appointments
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
  • "Go the extra mile" to hit monthly target of calls and appointments made
  • Record the client's personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard company reputation

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, telesales, and telemarketing is a huge plus
  • Highly proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia , Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
  • Entry-level candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply
