About the role

As a Sales Advisor at Proton Matang, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading automotive brand. This full-time position is based in Matang, Kuching Division, Sarawak, where you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their car buying journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right PROTON vehicle to meet their needs
  • Demonstrating PROTON models and features to customers, highlighting the unique selling points
  • Effectively handling customer inquiries, questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about PROTON's vehicle range
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
  • A driven and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • A positive, adaptable and team-oriented attitude
  • Must own a valid driver license
