  1. Experienced in developing and managing baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and progress tracking systems in Primavera P6.

  2. Able to plan and sequence works for fast-track execution, including parallel activities and phased handovers.

  3. Skilled in resource loading, manpower forecasting, and validating contractor commitments against actual site conditions.

  4. Regularly visit the site to validate actual progress against contractor submissions and schedule commitments.

  5. Able to proactively report potential derailments, propose mitigation strategies, and evaluate contractor recovery plans.

  6. Requires full lifecycle experience of data center projects—from design coordination to commissioning and handover.

  7. Capable of interpreting contractual milestones, critical path impacts, and liquidated damages.

  8. Strong in reporting: dashboards, S-curves, earned value analysis, and visual progress updates.

  9. Able to adapt plans dynamically based on site realities and changing priorities.

  10. Good communicator and team player, working closely with contractors, PMC teams, and client stakeholders.

  11. Familiar with local construction practices and statutory timelines (e.g., BOMBA, TNB, local authority approvals).

Required Job Skills:

  1. Have knowledge of critical data center equipment (Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Switchgear, Transformers, Power Feeders, Chillers, Plumbing, Fire Detection/Suppression, Air Handling Units, Computer Room Air Handling/Conditioning Units, UPS, CRAH, CRAC)

  2. Experience in data center construction

  3. Understanding of quality workmanship for electrical and mechanical systems

  4. Good communication skills

  5. Ability to manage timelines and ensure high-quality standards

  6. Familiarity with Malaysia regulations related to data center construction
