About the Role

We're looking for a TikTok Shop Manager with hands-on experience and a proven track record of growing sales and visibility through TikTok Shop. You'll be responsible for driving revenue, building an affiliate network, creating viral content, and hosting engaging live sessions that convert viewers into customers.

This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution—ideal for someone who loves both data and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage TikTok Shop accounts across multiple regions.
  • Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Recruit, manage, and engage affiliates to increase product exposure and sales.
  • Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to produce viral video content that drives traffic and conversions.
  • Host TikTok Live sessions to promote products, demonstrate features, and interact with audiences in real time.
  • Analyze TikTok analytics, track KPIs, and report on shop performance and ROI.
  • Identify trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock on TikTok Shop.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok e-commerce accounts.
  • Proven track record of scaling TikTok Shop sales and managing affiliate partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, audience engagement, and content virality.
  • Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for live selling.
  • Skilled at short-form content creation, storytelling, and influencer collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth strategies.
  • Experience in consumer product launches, preferably lifestyle, tech, or home categories.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Amazon, Shopee, or Lazada marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and affiliate campaign tracking tools.
  • Prior success managing influencer marketing programs or live-streaming teams.
