Job Description

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for banking customers. Your role is to provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and manage calls professionally.

Responsibilities


• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat regarding their banking needs.


• Stay updated on banking products and services to guide customers effectively.


• Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring a positive experience.


• Record customer interactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.


• Follow banking regulations and internal policies at all times.


• Work closely with team members to achieve customer service goals.

Operation Time: 8:00AM – 11:00PM | Monday to Sunday (Rotational Shift)

**9 hours per shift, 5 working days, 2 rest days

Location: Jalan Raja Laut / Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

  • 6 month contract (Renewable or permanent based on performance)
  • Allowances available for weekend work & performance-based incentives
  • Overtime (OT) payable for any hours beyond normal shift
  • Double pay for work on Public Holidays
