Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices submitted by end-users regarding incorrect decisions related to copyrighted materials.
  • Evaluate and update content on a major social media platform.
  • Conduct content audits and prepare materials for social media publication.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of reviewed content.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proficiency in native language (reading and speaking).
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Prior experience in LPO, regulatory work, or social media platforms is an added advantage.
  • Strong awareness of current affairs and market-specific events.
  • Mature, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong team player with good engagement skills.
