Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the front office team in daily operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Monitor lobby and reception areas to ensure smooth guest flow and a professional environment.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Assist in preparing duty rosters and managing staff schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Greet and interact with guests professionally, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Manage guest complaints with tact, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure VIP guests and special requests are handled with attention to detail.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in controlling departmental expenses and monitoring budgets.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and financial transactions at the front desk.
  • Ensure accuracy of reports including occupancy, revenue, and daily summaries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
