Job Responsibilities:

1.     Implementation of entrepreneur development & certification programmes, social enterprise projects, recognition programme, training & workshop.

2.     To assist HoU top plan, propose and manage engagement activities with internal & external stakeholders.

3.     Business process:

a.     Create defined business processes & SOPs to ensure compliance & rigor in data management.

b.     Manage independently or as a part of a team the implementation and delivery of projects.

4.     Maintain stakeholder database and ensure all documents / correspondence are kept in order and easily retrievable

5.     Assist to plan, propose, contribute and coordinate promotions & awareness activities.

6.     To assist on special projects and other tasks or activities assigned by HoU/HoD.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possesses basic understanding on entrepreneurship landscape, grants & fundings ecosystem & programs.

  2. Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology / Life Science or equivalent.

  3. Minimum of 3 years working experience in Business Development, Product Development, Life Science or an equivalent field.

  4. Good planning & organizational skill and result-oriented.

  5. Mature, self-motivated & independent with strong sense of responsibility & initiative.

  6. Meticulous, good analytical skills & effective multi-tasking abilities.

  7. Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people confidently.

  8. Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.

  9. Familiarity with presentation software (i.e. Canva etc.).

  10. Willingness to be based in Putrajaya and travel as needed or required.
