- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business and generating revenue.
- Create detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and growth.
- Conduct negotiations and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Networking and Market Research**:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to increase visibility and brand presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Provide feedback to internal teams about market needs and customer feedback.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
