**Job Title**:
Business Development and Marketing Manager/ AVP

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to leverage RAC's assets for sustainable revenue generation.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize the utilization of assets which include train stations, warehouses, rolling stock, and buildings.
- Lead negotiations and partnerships with potential tenants, investors, and stakeholders.

**Marketing and Brand Management**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of RAC in the industry.
- Manage marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new tenants and customers.

**Financial Analysis**
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis for proposed business ventures.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

**Project Management**
- Oversee the implementation of business development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and community organizations.
- Represent RAC at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development, marketing, or real estate management. Experience in the transportation sector, public sector assets or renewable energy is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

**Skill**
- Proven track record in identifying and executing profitable business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive change.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
