Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage construction, civil, and structural projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed according to specifications, timelines, budgets, and safety requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS

      Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

·      Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in construction, civil, or structural works.

·      Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·      Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

·      Proficient in project planning, coordination, and reporting.

·      
Willing to travel
to various project sites as required.

·      Effective communication skills to work well with all levels, present ideas, and make suggestions.

·      Capability to work under pressure and beyond regular hours to meet tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·
      Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities on site.

·      Monitor project progress, schedule, and cost to ensure timely completion.

·      Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.

·      Review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.

·      Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

·      Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

·      Perform other duties as assigned.
