- Responsible to carry out overall Customer Service function through working closely with other staff in ensuring smooth running of daily operation.
- To execute day-today customer service operation including answering calls, attend to customer's inquiry, liaise with head office's customer service staff, order taking, issuing of SIN, DO and other related documentation according to company procedures.
- Support sales staff and assist in providing product information to customer ensuring close rapport with clients.
- To provide support to warehouse department during routine or periodic stock take, i.e. to provide stock listings and assist in stock adjustment in order to facilitate stock check process in order to maintain good inventory control.
- To perform any other duties as required by the management from time to time.
