Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify and process all import & export shipping documents (Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and transporters for smooth cargo movement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of documentation for customs clearance.
  • Maintain proper records of shipments and update status in company systems.
  • Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and bank documentation for exports/imports (if applicable).
  • Communicate with overseas agents and clients regarding shipment updates and requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms and company policies.
  • Support the operations team in resolving documentation discrepancies or queries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing pricing strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with sales and operations teams to align pricing models
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
