Working Location: Klang IMS Building

  • Coordinate customer service functions for sea import/export freight forwarding operations.
  • Communicate with customers to understand shipping needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient preparation of all required shipping and customs documentation.
  • Work closely with internal departments, shipping lines (FCL), co-loaders (LCL), and hauliers to ensure smooth cargo movement and service delivery.
  • Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates and proactive communication to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage documentation flow, including invoicing, Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD), and collection coordination.
  • Maintain organized records of shipments, documentation, and service transactions.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and recommend process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
