Sales

  1. Ensuring the Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Brand Ambassador or/and Brand Ambassador and NJM target set for the month are achieved,

  2. Ensuring all activities are completed by the deadline.

  3. Ensuring all sales targets are achieved for the month,

  4. Accuracy and completion of MEMBR System,
  5. Daily monitoring and spot checking of the activities in MEMBR System,
  6. Review call logs with 5 outbound call script per staff,
  7. Primarily in charge of sending out SMS and Email content,
  8. Completion of minimum 10 conversations per day with 4 booked appointments and 2 presentations,
  9. Responsible of assigning leads to salesperson,
  10. All unassigned leads must be assigned within 24 hours.

Tools: Member System, Call Script, HOP/Reassessment

  1. Daily, weekly and monthly goal setting

  2. strategic planning to ensure targets are hit

Marketing

  1. Ensuring all activities are completed by the deadline under Member System

  2. monthly evaluation of GX classes,

  3. monthly evaluation of endorsers,
  4. localization of national campaigns,
  5. creativity and innovation when implementing marketing activities (Ex. Welcome Kit),
  6. acquisition of corporate partnership,
  7. able to identify marketing opportunities (ex. collaterals placement, events participation, etc.),
  8. ensuring marketing collaterals are updated,
  9. using marketing budget efficiently,
  10. competitive analysis.

Operations - Billing Issues And Collection

  1. Ensuring all activities are completed by the deadline under Member System

  2. Generate and finalise billing issue report,

  3. Daily monitoring and spot checking of the activities in billing issue report - ensuring scripts are being followed,
  4. Review SMS and Email content.

Operations - Personal Trainers

  1. Ensuring the Duties and Responsibilities of the Head Coach and NJM target set for the month are achieved.

  2. Ensuring all activities are completed by the deadline.

  3. reviewing all PT agreement forms and ensuring all PT agreement forms must be filed and safekeeping in the office,

  4. weekly 1 on 1 meetings with Head Personal Trainer with complete documentation,
  5. monthly 1 on 1 meetings with Personal Trainer with complete documentation,
  6. strict compliance of staff standard uniform standard and set schedule if there is any.

Operations - Member Engagement

  1. Client complaints and feedbacks

  2. Needs to be addressed within 24 hours and notify ABM immediately,

  3. Quarterly survey,
  4. Service calls
  5. NJM – welcome call for member day after
  6. Non-active members – Monthly

Operations - Defects And Maintenance

  1. Daily completion of club walk through checklist

  2. ensuring overall club cleanliness,

  3. update Maintenance report and able to detect defects,
  4. all repairs and maintenance issues to be addressed within 48 hours and need to be fixed within 30 days.

  5. Control and maintenance of club supplies

  6. Inventory of club supplies,

  7. Control usage of club supplies - janitorial and office supplies,
  8. Ensuring efficient use of electricity and water.

Operations - Accounting Reports

  1. Ensuring all activities are accurate and completed by the deadline.

  2. Sales and PT commission report,

  3. Staff and GX DTR report,
  4. Salary breakdown with the leave forms
  5. Payment Request Form
  6. In charge of completion and sending of EOD reports from previous month to Account Department,
  7. Validate inventory report – physical count,
  8. Government and Institutional requirements.

  9. Cashiering and Banking

  10. Assigned to either AM/PM shift and in charge of completion and sending EOD reports

  11. depositing cash, the following day
  12. sending copy of deposit slip to the accounting department

  13. Setting up reports for the month

  14. DSR

  15. Billing Issue Report
  16. Scorecard
  17. Update booking calendar under MEMBR system

Operations – Manpower

  1. Prepare staff work schedule as per the employment contract

  2. Monthly club launching or team meeting

  3. Managing staff performance

  4. Quarterly Performance evaluation

  5. Employee recognition

  6. Understanding and implementation of employee handbook

  7. Ensure employee handbook is strictly followed,

  8. Issuance of demerits & warning letters if needed.

Others

  1. Club point of contact
