About the role

We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer
to join our growing automation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, problem-solving, and building automation solutions. You will assist in developing scripts to automate reporting processes and UI workflows, as well as supporting automated
web and API testing
. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will gain hands-on experience in building robust automation frameworks and contribute to improving operational efficiency and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining
    Python automation scripts
    for reports and workflows.
  • Assist in building and supporting reporting automation using
    OpenPyXL
    and
    PySide
    for Excel and UI automation.
  • Assist in designing and executing
    automated test cases
    for web applications and APIs using
    Python and Selenium
    .
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automation code.
  • Ensure data accuracy in automated reports.
  • Ensure web application is well tested before release to user.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance for automated procedures.
  • Document automation scripts, test cases, and workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Data Analytics/ Statistics/ Engineering or related field

Proficient in Python, Pandas, SQL, Microsoft Excel

Basic understanding of REST API and API testing

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

1–2 years of experience.
