Job Description
- Coordinating and attending to negotiation, tendering and execution of contracts documents
- Assists in sourcing materials and suppliers to identify competitively priced products and goods
- Performing cost analysis and price comparison from multiple quotations/tenders
- Liaising and planning with supplier and contractors on the supply and schedules
- Attending all matters, meetings and ad-hoc appointments related to the project
- Arrangement and liaising with current and prospective suppliers and contractors
- Coordinate and liaising with consultants and contractors to meet the construction schedules
- Timely, responsive and effective communication with superiors and consultants
- Undertake all other ad-hoc matters assigned by superior
Job Requirement
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in quantity surveying or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years' working experience preferably in developers/consultants/contractors' firms or relevant industries
- Good knowledge in construction material, methods and pricing
- Candidates should exudes confidence and professionalism and good communication skills
- Possess own transport
- Pro- active, positive work attitude and able to work independent
- Self discipline, committed and responsible
- Willing to learn and undertake all aspect of works relating to property development.
