Job Descriptions
- To assist the Project Manager to manage and execute daily activity on site.
- To execute daily/weekly target as set by Project Manager.
- Supervise activities executed by all sub-contractors and manage the allocation of resources to all sub-contractors.
- Compliance with the enforcement with regard to QA& QC Standard Operation Procedure & Sub-con agreement.
- Resources management inc. Material, plant & machinery, scaffolding, general labor &, etc.
- Verification and certification of sub-contractor work done on-site.
- Maintain and control documentation.
- Safety compliance.
- Other requirements as set by management.
Requirements
- At least a Degree or Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
