RESPONSIBILITY :-
- Perform day-to-day project administrative tasks.
- Responsible for filing, photocopying, and maintaining project documents.
- Assist general workers with client site registration and all matters related to work permits and safety permits.
- Handle tender preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-off.
- Prepare project budgets and cost control reports.
- Manage subcontractors' and suppliers' orders, progress, and claims.
- Implement contractual knowledge and prepare project correspondence.
- Liaise and coordinate closely with suppliers, contractors, and the site team on work tasks and logistics arrangements.
- Monitor and update project performance and deliveries.
- Act as the contact point between developers, the company, and agents.
- Conduct continuous project training for new and existing agents.
- Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentations and proposals for existing and potential clients.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
SKILL REQUIRED :-
AUTOCAD required
CIDB holder
Strong verbal and communication and interpersonal skills
Independent and self-motivated with minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
