Job Title:
Project Executive (Admin Role)
Stable long-term role handling project documentation, correspondence, and schedules with discipline and consistency.

About the Role:
Responsible for managing project documents, communication, and schedules. High discipline, reliable attendance, and consistency are key qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle project-related correspondence (letters, emails, forms).
- Prepare, file, and track submissions to clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Maintain project tracking sheets for deadlines, progress, and follow-ups.
- Organize and archive project documents and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors for required paperwork.
- Work closely with the Principal and Directors to ensure submission targets are met, projects remain on track, and staff performance is properly documented.
Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project administration, construction, or architectural firms (fresh graduates with relevant skills may apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) ; knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Primavera) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High discipline, reliable attendance, and consistent work performance are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet the datelines.
