  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to relay project updates and resolve issues.
  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, correspondence, and reports.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including preparing purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and managing materials.
  • Support in the preparation of claims, progress billing, and variation orders.
  • Organize and attend project meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team.
  • Assist the superior in overseeing project execution and undertake assigned responsibilities accordingly.
