Seaboard Group is looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring every operation runs smoothly from dock to delivery.

What You'll Do

Coordinate day-to-day project activities — from planning and scheduling to execution and reporting.

Be the bridge between clients, engineers, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth communication.

Prepare project documentation — reports, work packs, permits, and compliance records (ISO 9001).

Track timelines, monitor risks, and make sure each job meets quality, safety, and maritime standards.

Support manpower allocation, logistics coordination, and material readiness for local and overseas jobs.

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure every task meets HSE and quality assurance policies.

What We're Looking For

A strong communicator and organizer with a keen eye for detail.

Someone comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.

Experience in marine engineering, ship repair, or offshore project coordination is a plus.

Able to work across teams and handle documentation with precision and compliance focus.
