Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Projects and maintenance operations. This role ensures smooth administrative operations, accurate reporting, and proper documentation for all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle daily reports for projects.
  • Prepare claim documents and submission letters related to projects.
  • Upload daily reports to the superior, clients, subcontractors accurately and promptly.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the maintenance department, including documentation, filing, and record management.
  • Ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by management.
  • Record and track stock for the maintenance department, including equipment and items, and raise purchase requests (PR) to restock as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and office tools.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow instructions efficiently.
  • Previous experience in maintenance administration or coordination is a plus.
