Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Engineering Support

  • Review and verify structural/architectural drawings, designs, and technical submissions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines (civil,architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure design and construction works conform to specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

2. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of project plans, schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

3. Site Management & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, progress, and compliance with approved drawings.
  • Identify potential problems or design discrepancies and propose corrective actions. Assist in managing change orders, variation works, and technical clarifications.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, submissions, and approvals.
  • Support authority submission processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site supervision, or engineering project management. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of engineering design principles, construction methods, and local regulations.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in industrial projects.
