Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Management

  • Review architectural drawings, submission drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions for compliance with design specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to resolve design discrepancies.
  • Prepare presentation drawings and materials.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, local authority regulations, and company standards

2. Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring architectural works from design to completion.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical requirements are achieved.

3. Site Supervision & Quality Control

  • Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, progress, and compliance with approved drawings.
  • Identify and resolve architectural or construction issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in managing change orders, variation works, and technical clarifications.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare progress reports, minutes of meetings, and technical documentation.
  • Support submission and approval processes with local authorities.

5. Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings with clients, consultants, and project team.
  • Provide technical support and design clarification to project teams and site personnel.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant working experience in architectural design, project coordination, or site supervision. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and local building codes.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in Industrial Project.
