Job Responsibilities :-

  • Assist in issuing invoices and payment vouchers, and coordinate payment arrangements to ensure timely processing.
  • Support the accounting team with documentation, including filing and verifying financial and administrative documents.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all files.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth office operations

Job requirements:-

  • Diploma or relevant experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a good work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. Maintains high accuracy in tasks and ensures thorough follow-up work
  • Strong in documents filing
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
