  • Oversee the daily operation of the accounting department and other administration functions
  • Creating staff payrolls and managing client or supplier payments
  • Responsible of Full Set accounts (journal entries, AR, AP, GL, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, P&L & Balance Sheet)
  • Control and manage the end-to-end financial process in support of accounts, which included collection, payment, monthly reporting, and balance sheet item reconciliation.
  • Monitor operational day to day activities and ensures account are up-to-date at all times.
  • Reviews month-end posting transactions to ensure the accuracy & correctness of the accounts.
  • Producing regular financial reports, such as budgets or cash flow forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with legal accounting standards
  • Maintain proper records in Accounting System including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
  • Responsible for overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Offer suggestions to management that can improve the accounting processes and financial stability of a company
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
  • Coordinate with external parties like vendors, clients, and service providers.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on office activity, including staff leaves and HR documents.
  • Utilize accounting software to manage financial tasks efficiently
  • Maintaining high levels of honesty, confidentiality and integrity
  • Any other ad hoc task as may be assigned from time to time by the superior
  • To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
  • Responsible Office Administrative tasks, etc answering and forwarding of phone calls, taking messages & handling basic enquiries appropriately and courteously.
  • Perform all the administration task assigned and able to multi-tasks and perform any other ad-hoc task upon request
  • Perform all the administration task assigned and support on other relevant tasks or assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Able to adapt to changes, multitask & work with people at all levels independently.
