Job Summary

This role combines finance and administration responsibilities within the retail and e-commerce industry. The position supports daily business operations by maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting functions, and ensuring smooth office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

  • Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger).
  • Reconcile sales data with financial records and bank statements.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with company secretary, auditors, and tax agents.

Administration

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage office supplies, documents, and basic facilities matters.
  • Provide administrative support to management and internal teams.

Additional Duties

  • Assist with payroll processing and staff expense claims.
  • Support ad-hoc operational or administrative tasks as required.
Typical Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
