Account and Admin Executive

This role combines finance and administration responsibilities within the retail and e-commerce industry. The position supports daily business operations by maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting functions, and ensuring smooth office administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting
- Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger).
- Reconcile sales data with financial records and bank statements.
- Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with company secretary, auditors, and tax agents.
Administration
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Manage office supplies, documents, and basic facilities matters.
- Provide administrative support to management and internal teams.
Additional Duties
- Assist with payroll processing and staff expense claims.
- Support ad-hoc operational or administrative tasks as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
- Career progression to Senior Accounts Executive / Finance & Admin Manager based on performance.
