We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Admin & Accounts Executive** to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and administrative functions, contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Admin & Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for:
**Financial Accounts Management**
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing and completing monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and statutory requirements.

**Administrative Oversight**
- Overseeing general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining organized records of company documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinating with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Supporting HR functions such as payroll processing and employee record management.

**Process Improvement**
- Identifying opportunities to streamline financial and administrative processes.
- Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications & SkillsEssential Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an SME environment.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., autocountcloud, SQL or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and statutory requirements in Malaysia.

**Soft Skills**
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
