Job Title: Accounts / Admin Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts/Admin Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, and support compliance and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of accounting including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and monitoring outstanding item-based accounts
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules
  • Manage cash flow, costing, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Handle statutory audits and taxation matters; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting and financial matters
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA)
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with sound financial judgment
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (Hokkien is an added advantage)
  • Proactive team player with good attitude and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of UBS / SQL Accounting Software, MS Office, and Excel

Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager – Accounts Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and manage compliance, audits, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of accounting including AP, AR, GL, and outstanding accounts
  • Ensure timely closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Oversee cash management, costing, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Handle statutory audit and taxation matters; ensure regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting and financial issues
  • Lead, support, and guide the accounting team in daily operations
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Travel to Sandakan plantation for accounting audits and closing when required

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MIA)
  • 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial judgment skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (Hokkien is an added advantage)
  • Proactive, independent, and efficient team player
  • Proficiency in UBS Accounting Software, MS Office, and Excel

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
