We're now looking for a Finance & Admin Executive — someone who can keep our financial engine running smoothly while ensuring the back-office stays organised and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle full set of accounts  include billings, receivables & payable across multiple companies in Xero
  • Manage cash flow and ensure related financial records are up to date
  • Process HR statutory payment on time.
  • Prepare monthly financial & management reports on time.
  • Constantly improve the finance department's SOP.
  • Responsible for audit, tax, and compliance filings.
  • Support general admin tasks and liaise with other departments ensure smooth running of operations.

Who We're Looking For

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years' experience in finance or accounting operations (SME/startup experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia's statutory payments and basic tax procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-driven — you don't wait for reminders to close books or submit payments.
  • Able to handle multiple deadlines and communicate clearly with teams.
  • Love constant change,fast pace & innovative environment.
