We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee logistics and supply chain-related projects. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The position is newly opened and represents a strategic hire for a key client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers or in a client-facing role.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: RM12, RM15,000.00 per month
