Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day functions of business operations, logistics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about understanding how businesses run efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of daily operations and workflow.
  • Support inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Work closely with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Perform data entry, document control, and operations reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and SOP updates.
  • Handle customer order tracking and assist in resolving operational issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and present findings when required.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
