Are you an enthusiastic Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / IT - Hardware), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Finance or Management student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative multinational environment?

Internship Description:

  • Hands-on Experience: Interns will apply their academic knowledge to assignments aligned with their specific discipline, contributing to projects that support their respective teams.
  • Varied Exposure: Gain exposure to a range of functions, including product development, process improvement, quality control, test maintenance, and other key areas within a manufacturing environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Interns will participate in data analysis, problem-solving, and the implementation of corrective actions aimed at driving continuous improvement within their teams.
  • Innovative Solutions: Interns will help develop and test innovative solutions that address challenges in the optics industry.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Interns will actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to expand their understanding and skills.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunication), Information Technology, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS). Finance & Business Managment or a related field.
  • A minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Internship duration of at least 3 months or more.
  • Must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak or Perai, Penang.
