Role Description

We're seeking a
Co-Founder
to join Cicakify in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid role). This is not just a job — it's a chance to build and scale a venture from the ground up.

As Co-Founder, you will:

  • Shape and implement strategies for scaling Cicakify across the micro-SME segment in ASEAN
  • Drive marketing, partnerships and sales initiatives that accelerate adoption
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and growth opportunities
  • Work side by side with founder to define Cicakify's long-term vision and direction
  • Play a critical role in fundraising, product-market fit and community building

Qualifications

We're looking for a true partner with entrepreneurial drive:

  • Strong network with micro-SMEs in Malaysia and ideally across ASEAN
  • Excellent communication, marketing and business development skills
  • Proven experience in sales, growth or partnerships
  • Leadership ability with a hands-on, resourceful mindset
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur, with ability to work hybrid/on-site as needed
  • Background in tech, start-ups or digital empowerment sectors a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred
