Job Descriptions:

  • Report to the Head of Business Development and achieve quarterly revenue targets in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key clients in the large enterprise commercial sector.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers to promote and sell products and services.
  • Lead negotiations and manage complex decision-making processes to capture new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for sustainable business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts aligned with assigned quotas.
  • Engage with industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Electronics, Aerospace, and Healthcare Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in Engineering or Technical industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Excellent command of English with the ability to engage both local and international stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM14, RM16,000.00 per month
