"We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

  1. Project Execution and Management: Independently lead and be responsible for the entire process of specific audit projects, including planning, risk assessment, on-site execution, communication of identified issues, report writing, and follow-up on rectification.

  2. Team Guidance: Guide senior internal audit supervisors in their work, review their working papers and audit findings to ensure project quality and timeliness.

  3. Risk Identification and Assessment: Utilize professional knowledge to identify key risk points and internal control deficiencies in business processes, and propose practical improvement suggestions.

  4. Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate and coordinate with business department management regarding audit scope, findings, and recommendations.

  5. Knowledge Transfer: Assist senior audit managers in conducting some team training and knowledge sharing.

  6. 项目执行与管理: 独立领导并负责具体审计项目的全过程,包括计划制定、风险评估、现场执行、发现问题沟通、报告撰写及整改跟进。

  7. 团队指导: 指导高级内部审计主管开展工作,复核其工作底稿及审计发现,确保项目质量与时效。

  8. 风险识别与评估: 运用专业知识识别业务流程中的关键风险点及内控缺陷,提出切实可行的改进建议。

  9. 沟通协调: 与业务部门管理层就审计范围、发现及建议进行有效沟通与协调。

  10. 知识传递: 协助高级审计经理进行部分团队培训及知识分享。

Job Qualification:

  1. Mandarin-speaking candidates only. (This position requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking staff and management.); proficiency in third language (French) preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, finance, economics or related fields; master's degree preferred.
  3. Possess professional qualification certificates such as CPA, ACCA, CIA; proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS).
  4. With 4-6 years of relevant audit experience.
