Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Account Maintenance:
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including documentation verification, data entry, and system setup to ensure smooth activation of client accounts. Maintain and update existing client records in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Daily Operational Transactions:
  • Execute and monitor daily operational activities such as account funding, reconciliation, data validation, and transaction processing. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal control procedures.
  • Cross-Regional Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with Institutional Sales Associates and teams across different global regions to support client-related operations, resolve queries, and facilitate business transactions.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Operations to support requests, provide documentation, and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare regular reports on account activity, transaction performance, and client servicing metrics. Maintain organized documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Continuous Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, minimize operational risks, and enhance client satisfaction through proactive engagement and process optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders from Mandarin-speaking regions.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in finance, accounting, banking, or the financial services industry will be an added advantage. Exposure to back-office operations or client servicing roles will be beneficial.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience using financial systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Work Ethic & Attitude:
  • Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable individual with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to maintaining service quality and operational accuracy

Pay: RM3, RM3,300.00 per month
