Job Description

  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with key exhibition clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and account management to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of exhibition services
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
  • Contribute to the overall sales and growth strategy of the business
  • Able to have a network on government projects (Added Advantage)

Requirement

  • Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably within the exhibitions or events industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen to secure new business
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with the local Kuala Lumpur exhibitions market is desirable
