We are seeking a motivated and proactive Key Account and Partnership Executive to build and nurture our relationships with key clients and strategic partners. You will be responsible for developing joint marketing initiatives, coordinating brand communications, and supporting content creation to ensure mutual success. Your role will be crucial in driving brand awareness and business growth through a strong partner ecosystem.
YOU'LL BE:
- Representing the Company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Researching market or customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Developing and presenting enterprise proposals and bring proposals to closure.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as operations, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Managing contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with key clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
- Collaborating with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
- Achieving company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Generating lead, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
- Meeting with potential key clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Understanding and anticipating risks of new accounts or new deals, and identify appropriate mitigating actions.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in managing key accounts and client servicing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- A quick learner.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insight for data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
