This role is ideal for someone starting their career in HR or administration. You'll support the HR team with day-to-day operations while also assisting management with basic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HR / Admin Duties:

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and files (contracts, leave, attendance)
  • Help track leave, attendance, and benefits
  • Assist with payroll preparation (data entry, document collection)
  • Support HR team with recruitment tasks (posting job ads, screening resumes)
  • Help organize staff events or training sessions

Executive / Assistant Duties (minimal):

  • Assist management with scheduling and reminders
  • Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations
  • Follow up on administrative tasks as assigned

Other Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee queries related to HR/admin processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes or administration
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Drive, and email
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
