JUNIOR EXECUTIVE for HR & Admin
(Based in Sunway Mentari, Petaling Jaya)
Immediate Responsibilities:
· Verify time-sheets against rosters with accuracy to determine attendance, MC, tardiness, overtime hours and treatment of absences with or without supporting reasons, all within fixed deadlines
· Maintain and update monthly record of AL, MC, MIA, tardiness hours
· Responsible for recruitment and the on-boarding process
· PIC to manage and maintain up-to-date employee information and organized filing
· PIC for uniforms – maintain log on issued, return from those resigning, and liaise for re-stock
· Gather detailed information to process need for counselling, show cause and warning letters
· PIC to generate letters on HR related matters, including liaison with statutory bodies
· Prepare and collate the annual employee review assessment forms till the end of process
· Maintain-update the organization chart
· Expect administrative and ad-hoc tasks to be assigned
Tasks for growth and development:
· Administer the rules, policies & code of conduct, and employee benefits
· Uphold principle of no discrimination, no harassment, no favoritism
· Align management directions to conform to existing labor regulations
· Address personnel issues, work-place violations, face-to-face counselling and warning process
· Active role in employee engagement to bridge the sense of belonging with the team, foster healthy relations, feedback, personnel growth and retention
· Set-up periodic in-house programs to bolster discipline, team-work and performance
· Observe, detect and recommend in-house talent for development
· Be a seeker of detailed facts and chronology of events to support solutions and decision-making
· Manage prompt and accurate monthly payroll
· Administer with accuracy and timeliness all payroll related statutory payments
· Generate monthly rosters with priority in sufficient support for daily outlet operations
Requirements:
· Candidate may possess at least SPM and above, and have no further plans to continue studies
· With at least 2 years' experience of administrative functions in a junior capacity
· Candidate does not need prior HR exposure but is prepared to be trained
· Alert and fast learner, and sharp to bridge the logic of assigned tasks
· Outgoing, perceptive, resourceful and quick-thinking
· At ease to conversate, and effective writing skills both in English and Malay
· Composed and confident
