We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Talent Sourcing Agent to join our Talent Acquisition team As a Talent Sourcing Agent at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to fullfill our clients' hiring needs. This role is based in Johor Bahru or Kuala Lumpur.

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Duties:

  • Building Talent Pool
  • Consult, brainstorm and ideate on social and digital content
  • Act as a frontline Talent Consultant by interacting with people real time on various social platforms
  • Managing tools – might be a combination of enterprise & social networks (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Finding internal resources to respond to specific community discussions and coordinating cross-functional needs
  • Channeling input and response from community into other organizational processes
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management , HR or equivalent.
  • Have excellent verbal & writing skills in English
  • Proficient in utilising social/digital insights to better create relevant and engaging content on all social/digital platforms
  • Results focused, with a strong commercial acumen, self-motivated and driven to take initiative
  • Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills who can respond positively to changing priorities
  • Enthusiastic, proactive individual with a "can do attitude" who can work at all levels with a high level of attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Information Technology
