Talent Acquisition And Development Executive

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategies to drive business growth and improve organizational capabilities.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and assessment, to secure top talent for key roles.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing employees, with a focus on areas such as interviewing and assessment, sourcing expertise, and applicant tracking and reporting.
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement to maintain a high standard of employee development.
- Manage relationships with training vendors to ensure high-quality training services are delivered to meet business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment and training metrics to inform business decision-making.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment and training strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
- Excellent knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience in using these systems to manage recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
