  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategies to drive business growth and improve organizational capabilities.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and assessment, to secure top talent for key roles.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing employees, with a focus on areas such as interviewing and assessment, sourcing expertise, and applicant tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement to maintain a high standard of employee development.
  • Manage relationships with training vendors to ensure high-quality training services are delivered to meet business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment and training metrics to inform business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment and training strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience in using these systems to manage recruitment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,600.00 per month
