Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and workforce needs
  • Coordinate onboarding: documentation, orientation, and induction programs
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted resource for employees seeking assistance with HR-related matters
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Support and document disciplinary actions and performance-related discussions in line with company policies and legal requirements
  • Promote a healthy and inclusive work culture through open communication, employee engagement activities, and feedback mechanisms

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external programs
  • Liaise with training providers and manage training logistics
  • Ensure compliance with HRD Corp (HRDF) and assist with claims
  • Support employee development plans and career growth initiatives

HR Projects & Engagement

  • Contribute to HR policy updates and process improvements
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
  • Support internal HR communications

  • Administer employee benefits including insurance, medical, and leave entitlements
  • Communicate policies clearly and ensure employee understanding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HRD Corp (HRDF)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
