Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain and update recruitment database and trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates may be considered for junior role).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms and HR systems.
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
