Join us in this role where you'll be responsible of ensuring invoices processes around the world are on time while ensuring quality of the services rendered to our stakeholders. You'll play a key role in managing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and implementing best practices to optimise the account payable processes.

You'll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the account payable for US, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific region. Our team consists of 37 people including you.

As a team, we strive to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You'll play an important role in:

  • ensuring the invoice flow are aligned with organisations policies, timeliness and quality of invoice process deliverables
  • maintaining the accuracy of the organization's financial documents by ensuring compliance with company policies
  • communicating effectively with requestors, vendors and business units to resolve any discrepancies issues
  • timely attending and solving issues raised in ServiceNow
  • identifying and communicating process inefficiencies, driving continuous improvements within the process area, i.e., providing the Service Delivery Owner with suggestions
  • supporting your team members in their daily execution and monitoring service delivery within service level agreements.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • have good understanding of the P2P process, specially within APAC, US, and EU
  • have experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within P2P operations
  • are experienced in SAP systems, with KOFAX as an added advantage
  • have good communication skills and speak and write English fluently. Proficient in Mandarin would be value added
  • are detail oriented and have a good analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving
