Supervise the projectmanagement and development of both new and ongoing projects, as well asrenovations and upgrades.Make sure projects areapproved on time and completed in accordance with high -quality standards(Conquas, Qlassic, QAQC & PQP).Ensure prompt approvaland handover vacant possession of completed units to purchasers.Prepare projectfeasibility studies, budgeting, analyse consultants Pre -tender estimate, andanything related to project development for approval from management.Identify, negotiate andsuggest consultants for appointment.Develop designs andprepare briefs of product.Coordinate thesubmission of drawings/documents to relevant authorities, including theMinistry of Housing and local councils, for necessary approvals including KM& BP.Responsible for liaisingwith land offices and survey boards regarding all land matters, including theapplication and submission of SIFUS and the issuance of strata titles based onthe new Strata Management Act 2015.Manage tenders andcontracts effectively.Foster strongrelationships with relevant departments and authorities.Lead and conduct coordinationmeetings with consultants and contractors to address project -related issues andpropose solutions in Client Consultant Contractor meetings.Provide guidance, coaching,and feedback to staff to cultivate a skilled team. RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree inBusiness/Engineering, Property Development, or any related field.Must have a minimum of 5 years ofexperience in construction management, particularly with high -value projects.Capable of effectively managing projectsunder pressure and meeting deadlines.Demonstrates strong leadership,interpersonal, and communication abilities.
