About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven E-commerce Operations Specialist / Platform Manager with a strong background in online marketplaces and platform management. The ideal candidate will manage store operations, optimize workflows, and drive performance improvements across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage seller centers (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiki) fluently.
  • Conduct SKU hygiene checks and analyze sales, order, product, and store performance.
  • Maintain store content (titles, descriptions, attributes) according to client specifications.
  • Lead workflow optimization and automation, map and coordinate activities, and address risks to ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Manage projects and promotions end-to-end, ensuring timely execution per client requirements.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly site performance reports via key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build strong relationships with client operations teams and educate them on best workflow practices.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to drive mutual business success and understand client brand objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce operations or platform management.
  • Experience with marketplaces or CMS platforms (SFCC, Magento, Shopify).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent project coordination and workflow management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in optimizing workflows through automation.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce performance metrics and reporting.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
